Politique d’expédition
1. Payment Terms
- Payment Methods: only cash is accepted during delivery our delivery guy can provide change
- COD Surcharge: no extra fee are applied to any orders done on our store
2. Order Verification
- Confirmation Call: a confirmation call will be done before shippping .This prevents fake orders.
- Order Limits: there is no minimum or maximum orders limits in our store
3. Delivery Process
- Processing Time: takes 1 business day. The delivery clock starts after this.
- Recipient Presence: the customer or an adult should be present at the delivery address. The courier hands over the package only after the buyer pays.
- Checking the Package: allowed before payement
4. Failed Deliveries and Returns
- Missed Deliveries: the courier will attempt 2 or 3 deliveries. If all fail, the item returns to our store.
- Banned Accounts: refusing a valid COD order multiple times will block them from using COD on our store in the future.
- Return Policy: If you want to return a paid COD item, please submit a request to Contact Support. Refunds are issued via cash courrier also.
